Functional Medicine Health Coach

As a Functional Medicine Health Coach, she helps women create lasting health changes through sustainable nutrition, lifestyle, and mindset habits rooted in progress, self-compassion, and whole-person wellness.

I am a Functional Medicine Health Coach who is passionate about helping women create

meaningful, lasting changes that support their health and well-being. My educational

background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of West Florida, a

Master’s degree in Exercise Science from Central Michigan University, and a Health Coach

Certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Over the past four years, I have had the

privilege of working in an IFM-certified Functional Medicine clinic, supporting individuals with a

wide variety of health concerns as they navigate their unique wellness journeys.

My coaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that lasting health is built through small,

intentional changes over time. I encourage clients to focus on progress rather than perfection,

creating sustainable habits that support their goals while allowing room for grace along the way.

My goal is to help clients approach change with curiosity, self-compassion, and an experimental

mindset, empowering them to discover what works best for their bodies and lifestyles. I am

continually fascinated by the ways nutrition, lifestyle habits, and our environment influence

health and longevity, and I love sharing that knowledge with others. When I’m not coaching,

you’ll likely find me spending time with my husband and three college-age children, trying new

recipes in the kitchen, building my strength in the gym, capturing my kids and their teammates'

sports moments through photography, or reading about the latest developments in functional

medicine.
