Food Freedom Fundamentals is a 12-week course that teaches you how to nourish your body in a way that supports bone health without white-knuckling food.

How the Program Works

12 weekly live 90-minute sessions:

  • 60 minutes of focused teaching
  • 30 minutes for Q&A and coaching

If you cannot attend live, you can submit your questions inside the app.

All sessions are recorded and posted within 24 hours.

Do I need to have weight or eating issues to join?

No.

This program is not just for people who identify as having “issues” with food or weight.

Food Freedom Fundamentals is designed for anyone who feels stressed, confused, or pressured around eating and wants a calmer, more sustainable way to support their health and bone healing.

Many participants are doing “all the right things” but still feel anxious, rigid, or exhausted around food. This program helps address that layer so nourishment feels supportive rather than stressful.

Is this a diet or meal plan?

No. This program is not a diet and does not include a prescriptive meal plan. Instead, it focuses on building your skills to understand your unique patterns and develop sustainable, nourishing habits around food. You will also learn the foundational principles for creating balanced meal plans on your own — designed specifically to support bone health — so you can confidently make choices that work for your body and lifestyle without relying on rigid rules.

Will I receive personalized nutrition or macro targets?

No. That would be beyond the scope of my practice as a health coach and would be the role of a registered dietitian or medical provider. 

Do you coach on gut health?

We may discuss lifestyle habits that support digestion, such as stress management, meal timing, and consistency. For clinical gut health support, a registered dietitian or medical provider is recommended.

Is this one-on-one coaching?

No. This is a group coaching program. Coaching and Q&A are provided in a group setting, and individual coaching is not guaranteed on every call.

What if I can’t attend the live calls?

All calls are recorded and posted within 24 hours. You can also submit questions ahead of time inside the app if you cannot attend live.

Are there refunds if I change my mind?
