Before joining Food Freedom Fundamentals, I felt overwhelmed by all the information swirling around in my mind and workspace. I struggled to identify what was most important to focus on and found myself endlessly searching for the easiest or quickest solution.
When I started this program, my top goals were to feel more in control of my time and life, simplify meal planning, and overcome my habit of craving dessert after every meal. I just wanted to reiterate and share directly the gratitude I’m having for this program. I’m taking the time to slow down and truly prioritize myself. I love everything I've encountered. I love all the detailed information about blood sugar balance and what to look for in each meal. I've totally changed my breakfast and noticed I'm not needing a snack an hour or two after breakfast and that I can usually make it to lunch. :) I cannot wait to dive into the coaching call replays and get information on dining out and vacations.
