Upon enrollment, you'll receive a detailed intake form to share your current bone health status and goals. We use this information to understand the group's needs and design sessions that are relevant and beneficial to everyone attending.
While the sessions are not individualized one-on-one coaching, they are carefully curated to address the collective challenges and questions of the group. This ensures each session delivers the most value to all participants.
