1:1 Lab Protocol Implementation - 3 Sessions

1:1 | 3-Session Implementation Series

Deep Support for Sustainable Change

Across three sessions, members will:

  • Apply their TOC lab protocol within the context of daily life
  • Build and refine a bone-supportive, protein-forward food framework
  • Simplify and personalize supplement timing
  • Address digestion, appetite, or habit challenges with compassion
  • Strengthen stress regulation strategies that support healing
  • Develop consistency, flexibility, and long-term confidence

This series builds progressively. The first session establishes clarity and simple priorities. The second session refines what’s working, adjusts what isn’t, and supports areas that feel difficult or inconsistent. The third session focuses on stabilization, helping members feel steady, capable, and prepared for busy seasons, travel, or life stressors. Ongoing support allows for course correction, deeper understanding, and reinforcement so changes feel integrated and sustainable rather than overwhelming.
